Wow… this thing is an abomination!  I have a 7th generation Accord and I would never consider doing anything remotely like this to it.

I played the street racing Need For Speed games and pimped my cars out just to get a rating up… usually they looked stupid… I can’t imagine why someone would spend all of the money to do something like this in real life unless they are retarded.

This is a little on the long side, but it’s pretty interesting the whole way through.  Who can imagine Top Gun without the sound?  I couldn’t until I saw this short from Team Tiger Awesome.

Uhhh…. he might have won the show Stan, but uhhh….

I had a lot of fun last night watching the finale: I wanted cheese and I was definitely given what I asked for.  I pretty much had no doubt that Feedback would get the win because Fat Momma just wasn’t up to it.  She’s a nice lady I guess, but it just wasn’t gonna happen.

The show probably had about 30 minutes of new content with all of the flashbacks and back-story that they filled it with.  I enjoyed the “first” season of Who Wants To Be A Superhero? and will probably tune in for more if there is a new season later.

I am curious to see the Feedback movie that they are promising us.  Is Matthew going to play Feedback in the movie or will they get someone else?  I still can’t tell when he’ happy/sad/taking a crap because he usually has a retarded expression on his face when doing any of those.

Don’t forget to tune in or set your DVR for tonight’s finale of Who Want’s To Be A Superhero?  Personally, with Major Victory getting the shaft last week, I am not as excited as I expected I would be.  Now we are left with Fat Momma and Feedback to duke it out.

Fat Momma is… well… fat… and she eats a lot.  Her message is good but her behavior is not.  I’m reluctant to want her to win, although her comic book cover was pretty cool…

With Ernesto bearing down on Florida after rolling through Cuba, I’d like to discuss the Hurricane Shield that exists around the Tampa Bay area.

You don’t have to look that far back to see an example of the shield in full effect:  in 2004, Hurricane Charley was on track to level Tampa by travelling directly up the Bay which would essentially flood the downtown area and cause massive devastation.  About 2 hours before the hit, Charley inexplicably turned East, saving the area from the storm.

This thing appears to be getting a fair amount of buzz in the circle of websites that I frequent.  I know that my interest is pretty high for a hackable WiFi device with a 3.5in touchscreen, audio capabilities, and a USB port.

With a baby on the way, I’ve been waiting (and waiting) for a sub-$200 WiFi LCD picture frame that could subscribe to feeds from say Flickr so that family could run them at their houses and always have up-to-date images of their grandson, nephew, etc.  This might be the device to make that a reality.

Crap!  I hope the hurricane shield holds up, but just in case, I’m gonna pick up some new tapcons today.  I figure that I’ll have to start boarding up and putting stuff away on Tuesday after work.  The trick will be making room in the garage for at least one of the cars with all of the remodeling that we are doing on the house.

Major Victory, the best character on Who Wants To Be A Superhero? was dropped last night leaving us with Fat Momma and Feedback to showdown in next week’s season finale.  Even though he won 1 of the 2 challenges of the night and Fat Momma won the other, Stan Lee deemed him to be a parody of a superhero and not actually a superhero.

Was Major Victory a parody?  I think I have to agree with Stan there… he was a little too over the top.  It was very entertaining to watch, but he “didn’t embody the behavior of a superhero.”  What really gets me is that I knew he’d be gone this episode once he started talking about his estranged daughter… that whole thing felt to scripted.

I think that there will only be one elimination tonight… who will it be?  I think Major Victory will probably dodge the bullet.  Feedback seems weird… he always has, and Fat Momma has a bit of a mean-streak in her since Tyveculus got blown-out.

Sweet!  Nothing like grilling up a nice cut of beef at your desk while you are tuning up a spreadsheet.

They have USB powered everything these days… maybe I can get a USB powered caffeine (or is that ritalin) drip to keep me awake and focused during the day while I massage the spreadsheet.

How about grilling up some eggs after a late-night LAN party?  I don’t partake in LAN parties, but I bet nerds get hungry after all of their UT or Quake or whatever they play these days…

There is a flood of information and spoilers about Transformers over the last 24 hours.  The latest stuff again comes from TFW2005 via AICN and shows concept art for Optimus Prime and Blackout as well as a full shot of Bumblebee in robot mode.

IMO it looks pretty good, I especially like how menacing Blackout looks.
